Our headquarters are in Leonding, where you will be on site at least once a week to work closely with our team. You can also use our office in Vienna at the main train station. With the train connection from Vienna Central Station, you can be at our office in Leonding in 1.5 hours.

YOUR TASKS:

You will be part of the technical design, architecture, and development of our core Windows desktop application (C#/.NET/WPF/WinForms), deployed across hundreds of client sites. This position offers the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape and define our technical solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

• Architecting and implementing a scalable, stable application with robust logging, monitoring, and remote update capabilities.
• Writing high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
• Working closely with internal teams throughout the development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development, especially Windows desktop application development - with a strong focus on C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+).
• C++ knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing desktop applications using WPF and/or WinForms.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with consuming APIs (REST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a high collaborative mindset
• Good communication skills (English proficiency required; German is a plus).
• Ideally, experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD practices.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary between € 55.000 and € 70.000. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is the possibility of overpayment.
