DevOps ENGINEER (d/f/m)

YOUR TASKS:

• Design, implementation, and maintenance of the CI/CD pipelines to support agile software development processes.
• Automation of infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Monitoring and maintenance of cloud-based server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaboration with development teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
• Implementation of security best practices to safeguard our infrastructure and applications.
• Performance tuning, optimization, and scaling of applications to meet growing demands.

More specifically (but not limited to):

• Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts and tools.
• Configure and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements as needed.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
• Ensure proper logging and monitoring using tools like Google Cloud Logging and Sentry
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Good english speaking skills

Experience with the following technologies is a plus:

• Configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet).
• Networking and security best practices.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and their integration.
• Experience in backend development with Python and frameworks like Django.

Depending on your qualification and background, you will receive a performance-oriented salary that suits your profile and ability. The gross salary for this position is between € 54.000,00 and € 70.000,00 per year.
